"I asked Molly Maids to do a move-out cleaning on my house. The house was immaculate once they were finished; it was cleaner than it was the day I first moved in two years ago. They did a flawless job; I did not notice a single spot or detail that was overlooked. It was also very easy to book the date I wanted on their website. I booked over the weekend and got a call from their staff on Monday confirming the day and time of the cleaning and easily paid the deposit over the phone. All I had to do was leave my door unlocked and they came and did their thing on their own while I was at work completely without my direction or supervision. I got an email with my payment receipt after the job was completed. I accidentally typed my phone number incorrectly on the booking page but despite that their email communication was very thorough and my typo did not cause any hiccups in the process. They also followed up to make sure I was happy with the cleaning. These people are super organized and professional; they know what they're doing.
