"Been going here for years supporting this black owned business. Recently its been more unprofessional. He has yelled, cussed, lied, and ignored me. Then he tried to double charge me which is when i asked questions and all the above started happening. He did end up double charging but didnt take as much as he planned. Im so done with him im not even going to say anything about the extra charge. I just want to take my business which has been from '05 until present elsewhere. Already found a new black owned business and she is informative and allows you to ask questions. Didnt even charge for consulting me when Merrill refused to call me back. This whole experience has been one of the worse and i will never return. *Update he has covered his treacherous thieving by sending me a back dated letter covering up as best he can thieving. As a long time customer I'm extremely disappointed, disgusted, and numb all at the same time by this shady businessman."

"I will NEVER return for their services. I was charged double fees totaling $330 just to file my taxes. There was a fee to use my child care EIN #, than another fee just two file my child care. I was also charged two bank fees just to get direct deposit. I went with my parents who also had their taxes prepared and when we went to pick our paper work back up and sign off on the documents my mom stated “I’ll sign first and than I’ll send my husband in to sign he’s waiting in the car”, they replied “oh that’s ok you can just sign his name.”...... correct me if I am mistaken but isn’t it illegal to sign someone else name on a federal tax return? Is this not feud? Needless to say I WILL NEVER utilize their services again!"
