We once called the office to check and make sure she was alive; as a lack of wellness had to be the only reason there was zero response for months on the status of tax filing. We never received any advice on what to change or better ways to run things. We felt as though we were a burden to her so we have left this company. The front desk employee tried to be as helpful as she could. I have a friend who utilizes another accountant in this firm and raves about him. I think the issues are specific to Annie."

"They are by far the most unprofessional CPA company I have ever had to deal with. I walked into their office and one of the CPAs took all my information and then began to ignore me. Wouldn’t call me back, wouldn’t respond to emails, their front desk flat out lied to me numerous times saying they were “almost done” with my taxes when in fact they were never started and they lost all the information they took from me when they met with me. It took my lawyer having to reach out to get any type of communication. And here we are and I’m dealing with the same thing. They don’t even give you the decency to say they won’t do your taxes, they just hope if they ignore you that you’ll go away. Again, they are absolutely AWFUL! Whatever you do, DO NOT go to them, unless all you want is a headache."
