"Zero stars. Didn’t do my moms taxes, after the son took over his Dad’s business it went to crap. She owed quite a bit of money and paid for a service that wasn’t done and neglected. Once she received letters from the IRS, she called and tried to contact and this company avoided contact with her. Reported to the BBB, and from the looks of the latest reviews this place has gone downhill. Highly don’t recommend tax services. Careless, and untrustworthy."

"If I could give this zero stars I would, have used this business for many years! His father was an outstanding honest man. Matt said he had filed my taxes as well as my daughters. We paid for our service that was not received. Just received a letter from the IRS, my daughter did as well! Now what Matt! Get prepared to pay the IRS for us! Why should we? Dishonest is an under statement. I would think you would call and make this right..... to be continued."

"I paid Matt to file my 2019 taxes back in March and he keeps telling me he has filed them but nothing shows on the IRS website. He told me he mailed my taxes to me 3 weeks ago but I still haven't received them and now when I call him he doesn't answer my calls. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else and save yourself the headache and hassle."

"This business left me with almost a quarter million in debt with the IRS due to bad filings for 2 years and straight lied to me about filing the 3rd year. He reassured me he was fixing the errors and sorting this out. 6 years later and they're still dodging my calls and emails when I try to source the information he had on file. Their ineptitude can and probably will ruin your good standing with the IRS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS {edit: and then claimed to have never done business with me below. I dealt with the current owners father and then his son (the current owner) after he retired during which I imagine they lost a lot of paperwork or are scrambling to cover their incompetency. Did you know you can pay the BBB to maintain your good standing despite negative reviews? Go look at their BBB reviews (not just the rating).}"
