"DM Pressure Washing did an excellent job pressure washing my driveway, sidewalks, and curbs. They were competitively priced, quick yet thorough. It rained a few times in the middle of the job but they still stayed and finished everything in 1.5 hours. They even showed up earlier than expected. I like the system they use to provide a quote—a text directing me to a link with a comprehensive description of the job—which they also used for payment after the work was completed and updates during the job. We’re still in a pandemic so I appreciated that. What I liked most about DM is that they don’t nickel and dime you like other companies I’ve received quotes from. "I had pressure washing services completed by DM Pressure Washing and they did an amazing job. The tech that came out to service our property was on time and went above and beyond! I am nine months pregnant and had a difficult time moving the furniture out of the way myself prior to the appointment as requested, but upon arrival he was more than willing to help move it off the concrete so that he could clean the area. And I wasn’t expecting him to move it all back after he was done! Additionally, he was very detail oriented in his wash of our home, patio, fence and driveway. "My experience with DM Pressure Washing was AMAZING. I tried (unsuccessfully, I might add) to do this work myself, in order to try and save a few bucks, while only using my consumer grade power washer and no cleaning chemicals. After losing a substantial amount of time crouched over an inadequate power washer, my patio was only looking slightly better than before I started. Sore all over, in pain, and feeling more than a little frustrated with myself for even attempting this project on my own, I decided that I shouldn’t waste any more time with this “fun project,” and I went on a hunt for a power washing company that I felt like I could trust working in my house in my nice neighborhood in Westlake. I found DM Pressure Washing and decided I would give him a ring. Dwight, came out the next day for an estimate and was able to start work the day after that. Unlike my work, Dwight from DM Pressure Washing was able to get my concrete looking like it was poured last year. Not only was he great with patiently responding to every question I had for him before the job began, but he even power washed all the rocks lining my flower beds-- rocks that I didn't even realize were dirty. After cleaning and putting the rocks back where they came from, he finished the job by moving all of my patio furniture back to its original location. While this wasn't the cheapest option I could have gone with, the fact that the business was insured, on time, and professional made me feel more at-ease than the other, cheaper alternatives. With all that said, I'm recommending this business to all my friends and family and am going to be hiring him in the spring to power wash all of my Austin-area rental properties."
