"I did not want to leave this till after I got service from another cleaner how wrong the quote I got was. These guys came in really hard with the pressure sale. Told me I need to replace all the vents and said I would have to pay 5k to do it. When I told them I needed to look around they went down 1k and said they would give me that deal if I signed today. This made me feel uncomfortable. I said I understood the guy wanted to make the sale and he told me he just works there and indicated that it does not matter to him and it makes no difference. When the company called to follow up it came up that the service person does make a commission based on what they sell. This whole thing just gave me an uneasy feeling about dealing with them. When I had another pro come in they gave me a quote for the same amount of time it would take and the cost was about a third because they did need to replace the box and the vents, but not the ducts.
