"The team was phenomenal. I had called a couple of other places and got scammed out of my money so I was extremely hesitant to even try another place, but then dog hair flew in my mouth and I changed my mind. Turns out my vents were clean so they didn’t even charge me for that and instead we sanitized the ducts and installed a UV light. There was a very tiny amount of mold in my unit. They said I could leave it if I wanted and weren’t pushy at all, however I’m extremely allergic to mold and chose to clear it out. I run a dehumidifier through my home to help with humidity, but living so close to the gulf it’s almost impossible to avoid mold. At least now I know my air system is sanitized and the UV light will help keep it mold free."
