"Our usual cleaners recently switched management so we've been looking for a new place. Gave this place a try since its close to home but will probably not be returning. Dropped off shirts on Monday and the lady was very nice. Shirts were ready today (Wednesday) since yesterday was 4th of July. When I walked in, the lady there (a different one from Monday) was on a phone call with ear buds on, so at first you couldn't tell she was on the phone. She barely said hello and continued with her conversation. Somewhere in between, she finally asked me for my name after looking at my ticket. Never placed the call on hold, said she'd call them back, just kept talking. She went to get my clothes and came back, still talking, and in the middle of her conversation asks "cash or card?" I said "card," paid, said thank you, and went on my way. She could have been the owner, I have no clue, but regardless, it was very unprofessional. I don't need to hear you on a personal conversation where the person on the other end is asking what you're wearing and you're barely acknowledging the customer standing in front of you. She literally said "What am I wearing? A whole lotta nothing." The place is nice, the clothes came out nice, but unfortunately, that first impression was not a very good one."

"I came to get 2 skirts altered and the lady was not interested in helping me. First she didn’t greet me walking in. Then she mentioned the alteration lady had already left & wouldn’t be back til Monday which I was okay with. When I told her it didn’t matter I would wait, she seemed bothered. When I asked her if she had sewing pins, a chalk marker or anything to mark where I wanted it hem, she said no. Then I asked if she had a measuring tape, she said no. She just said she would mark down where the hemmed opening (split) was at- for the length wanted. Which was okay for 1 skirt but the other one had no split. So nowhere to mark. Not exactly offering any other solution to get correct info, I just took my skirts somewhere else. No initiative at all to assist me or to properly document what I wanted done. The attitude was what made me walk out. Just dry, unpleasant, and indifferent stares was all unwelcoming. Almost felt like I was bothering her. I got a very different treatment last time I was here for the same kind of service and it has changed."

"I was in search of a cleaners that does zipper repair and found this one close by. The staff here is very warm and accommodating. Jennifer does a wonderful job of communicating with you about any concerns and the owner has a wealth of knowledge to help you take care of your items. They did such an excellent job on replacing the zipper on my pants and a button on my shorts, I came back to have a double zipper installed on my leather jacket. They matched it perfectly and did the job in a fairly reasonable time. I was very impressed with the workmanship."
