"Been getting my clothes cleaned here for years. However, on a second attempt to remove stains on two shirts, was advised I should have pointed out the stains when dropping shirts off. Am I missing something here? Isn’t that the job of the cleaners?? So I’d pass this cleaners up. Go to a cleaner that cares about your clothing and not permanently wash in your shirt stains."

"I was hesitant to use ada cleaners after seeing all of these bad reviews. I don't see it. I have been using them for about 2 months monthly bill around 200.00. So far I have had pretty good expierences and the prices are comparable to other local cleaners. **update: so last week, ada cleaners lost 2 pairs of khaki pants of my husbands. I let the girl know that I was missing some pants. One of the managers were standing there and she manager was very rude (I didnt catch her name , she was African american). The manager said, (not exact words...) that because I dropped off 2 different sets on 2 different days, she combined my clothing order herself. I then reiterated that I was missing 2 pair, she insisted that, thos was all i dropped off. She said she had to leave she had something to take care of. The girl behind the counter was very nice about everything though. She told me to go home and figure out which pants were missing and come talk to the OTHER manager. I came home and looked , and just as I thought, there were 2 pair of my husbands work khakis missing. I went back up there this morning, and spoke with Ms vanessa (she was beyond sweet, helpful and eager to help). I asked ms vanessa if they had found my pants or what the deal was. She looked in the computer and low and behold....I HAD 2 PAIR OF PANTS PENDING) Imagine that. She believe me and did everything she could to help me. I told her that I was laid back and didnt wanna make a ruckus about all this, I just wanted my clothes or a store credit/refund on price of clothing. I gave her my number and asked if she would call me when/if they were found. Needless to say I didnt even get out of the parking lot and she called me to tell me she found them. I don't understand how they couldn't find them one day, not even in the system, and few days later..... bam.... there....they....are!!! Good job ms vanessa for awsome customer service. Shame on you manager lady for knot only poor customer service, but poor people skills."

"Their cleaning is good and their prices are pretty competitive with the surrounding cleaners. I took in a brand new shirt to have buttons added and the stitching was horrible. 2 months have gone by and the manager will not replace my shirt. I'll never bring clothes in for alterations again."
