He was early, efficient, professional and I felt very comfortable with the entire experience. I needed my sectional cleaned and baby it was WAY worse than I thought. "Really nice guy, very responsive and professional, our cat peed on our couch on Tuesday and after calling other companies and them wanting to charge $300+ to clean this the right way thats just ridiculous on top of having to wait multiple days.. called xpress and immediately he answered and was able to give us an accurate really good priced quote via messages and was able to make the appointment for the following day and he was on time and took maybe an hour to clean our couch and he did a really good job.
