"Would not come back, pricing is ok but I took 5 of my sports coats in to get pressed, 2 came out ok and the other 3 had wrinkles that were there before I dropped off. Asked them to redo one but I was running late to work and didn't have time to wait for them to redo the whole jacket. Not pleased."

"If you are going to take your clothes to get dry cleaned, take it here. Dry cleaning should be simple, drop your clothes off, pay a few bucks, and then pick it up the next day. That’s exactly how it works here. My suit pants, jacket, and dress shirt only cost 9$!!! And they even cleaned out sweat stains on my jacket from my June wedding, I didn’t even ask them! Dutch Boys would have charged me closer to 25$ for all that. Take your stuff here, they are great"

"SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE. My mother went to have a jean jacket pressed. When she received her jacket after the service nothing was done. The woman on staff said they can redo the service for her but couldn’t give her refund and would have to pay AGAIN to redo the service. The woman explained to her she would have to ask owner the morning for a refund. My Mother paid again, and waited to ask for her refund. When she returned for the second time the jacket was, once again, not pressed and the owner refused to refund any of her money. The woman on staff apologized and said “I would have refunded your money but the owner won’t let me” I feel bad for the staff, they were kind and helpful but the owner is a dishonorable business owner. It is just bad business to not take accountability for mistakes that we’re made. Don’t waste your time or money, you will not get what you pay for."

"I used this cleaners several times in the past. Had a few items dropped off but once i picked up and got home; shirts were not were not starched and intact very wrinkled. My suit coat had wrinkles pressed into them creating little "wave like" wrinkles on the front. And nothing smells clean! I can't get the wrinkles out of the jacket and I need it for a funeral in the morning. It appears they startched the wrinkles into my jacket. Pants also wrinkled! All other items wrinkled.. smh... Imaybe they are under staffed or under trained but come on man!"
