"He never completed the job quoted per the contract. The quality of work is so poor that I have been asked if I did the fence myself. It was not pulled tight, very loose guide wire and on half the fence, no guide wire. It is not level on the bottom and the dogs are getting out, which was the whole purpose for the fence. Another company stated that most of the fence needed to be complete ly redone."

"We recently had C&M Solutions perform various work at our homestead acreage on the outskirts of Needville. They built us a very beautiful, durable road over a completely botched road job left by a very unscrupulous contractor. They performed grading work on several parts of our acreage. They also trimmed/thinned out several trees of various sizes, removed a massive dead tree along with two tree stumps and large protruding roots. In addition they repaired some of our existing fencing/gates. Also they removed an extremely large pile of old wooden fencing materials (lumber/concrete). Owner Cesar and his his staff are extremely friendly, honest, reliable, and are excellent craftsmen in all types of services that they offer. All of their pricing is very reasonable and accommodative. I highly recommend them for all of the services that they offer. Last but certainly not least, they are extremely SAFE when they are working."
