"Service has gone downhill to the point I am going to another dry cleaners. Several clothing items have been damaged, silk shirt shredded, straps pulled off a dress, and another dress laundered versus dry cleaned causing irreversible damage. now they no longer clean dresses with pleats when they have done so many times before. I do not recommend unless you have plain old men’s shirts and khakis. Anything else avoid this cleaner."

"friendly people but definitely won’t be back. took 4 new pair of jeans and 2 are scorched and bad wrinkles and melted tags. completely unacceptable. i don’t know if they would wear them that way but i sure won’t! should have made the 20 minute drive where i used to go."
