"Made me feel unwanted and left me with no help"
"Not a bad resale shop. I've visited this center twice and left both times with a shopping buggy of items I just couldn't live without. Friendly staff always willing to help or chat as you browse and shop. Stop in have a look."
"Weird place. Clothes are well used. Most items are low quality. Place has signs all over telling customers not to whine, monitored 24/7, dress right to shop here. The ceiling is caving in. I hope the money goes somewhere helpful."
"I brought my 2 girls, brother-in-law, and his 3 children here, only to met with annoyance and hostility. They understandable asked the kids to quite down but used such an unnecessary ugly tone. Then the manage (Bobby) came out of his office to sarcastically ask me if the couch I was sitting on was mine. I finally said something to his wife about how he conducted his request and suggested he spoke with more kindness. After 10 minutes or so, he came back out of his office livid at all of us for touching the merchandise and walking around the whole store. The children were bringing things to us to ask whether or not they could have them. I told him as much and that they stayed right around the stuffed animal/toy/board game area. He said that was “bullshit” and asked us to leave. He then said “why would you get pregnant again if you already have 5 children you haven’t raised right?” My heart is broken! I donate to this establishment anywhere between 2-5 times a year knowing what good they do for our community, but being treated this way has me questioning if I should just donate to goodwill instead. I know I will never purchase anything here again because I wouldn’t want to have another encounter with this angry and very unkind man."
"Maxine, the older female worker was absolutely rude!!! This place is all about there "signs" with rules posted on the door, such as your not allowed to shop there if your wearing lounge pants!!!!! They seriously don't allow you to shop and will refuse service based on your wardrobe. Their sign states you must be dressed properly to shop. Also we had a small diaper bag along with 2 small children but because the bag resembled a "backpack" she told us we were not permitted to shop there unless we took the diaper bag to the vehicle. Will absolutely not be returning here!"
