"My daughter that lives in Oklahoma called to have FL deliver flowers this Saturday 3-25-23 for my wife’s birthday! They left a note on the door,, 12:53 pm to give them a call. We were at lunch. 1:30 my wife started trying to call them. Left a message. No answer no reply. Called 3 times. Store hrs are 8:00-2:00 pm Saturdays. Pretty sad all the way around. Sorry service. They have been moved to our families bottom of the list. Thanks Flowerland"

"I called this morning to see if they could get flowers delivered to my mom for her birthday. Didn't even get that far into it because Ron who answers the phone was super rude. I will call a different flower shop with better hospitality. I asked him how he was and he sighed as if I was a bother even calling. Then when I mentioned I was just glad it was Wednesday and his response was "RIIIGGGGHHHTTTT" in a very sarcastic way. Do Better Ron!!!!!!!!"
