"A very good dry cleaner, and good service. The owner tells me that the business has been in this mall since 1969. And the business seems to have a lot of clientele. We have been very satisfied with the service of this business. The parking is ample. I am new to this area, and had located this place on the internet. But the direction given on Google GPS is misleading. The first time, it took me to a residential area on Randoll Mill. And the second time round, I had to call the business to get a clue to the landmarks in the vicinity before I could reach the place. Obviously, Bond Cleaners has nothing to do with this. Google Maps might want to look into that matter. Very satisfied with Bond Cleaners though."

"I have to give 2 stars simply because they weren’t able to help me I got there on a Friday morning about 1045am so the in by 11 out by 5 service should apply however I was told they couldnt do it and all I was wanting was for 1 pair of pants and 1 button down shirt to be pressed for a funeral I was to attend Saturday morning. Was pretty disappointed that they turned me away. So I went home ironed them myself and looked just fine and saved 10-15$…. It’s really irritating when you advertise something and then Can not deliver and that goes for any kind of business!! Don’t advertise something if you can not make good. They were kind ppl and I might try to use them again another time but next time I’ll be sure to go a few days in advance!!"

"Terrible service!! They decide to write with a sharpie in $500 worth of shirts!! What dry cleaners uses a sharpie to mark items instead of a paper tag? Will never use any Bond Cleaners again."

"FINALLY! I found a professional dry cleaning location that takes pride in their work and exceptional customer service! I brought in 6 sets of Mariachi suits and they did a phenomenal job with them! The owner even took the time to personally dry clean my suits and she kept great communication with me throughout the whole process! I just hope they keep up the good work every time, many places that I stopped going to only surpassed expectations once or twice, then did not satisfy. Thank you Bond Cleaners! 5 STARS"
