"The technician was professional and communicated well. The pricing was a bit much compared to the outcome. I appreciated the technicians expertise, but after a second opinion on an issue that was brought up, I decided to go the DIY route due to price. Technician was about 30 minutes late from the scheduled time, which was likely no fault of his, just wish the prices were more flexible."

"I'll start off this by telling you the positives the technician was extremely professional once he arrived. he was delayed at another job my original appointment was between 10 and 12 at 12:00 I had to call them and they had the installer call me back to explain he was behind on a job and said it would be around 1:00 I got a call back around 1:00 saying it would be 2:00 once the technician arrived he went up in the attic looked at the vent then came back down and moved the dryer disconnected the vent tube hooked a Shop-Vac to blow air up the tube. He then came out to tell me that we should have the brushes run up the tube to deep clean it and that would be an additional $150 on top of the $179 to look at it I guess and blow air up it... Can't say I will use this service again as I just paid them $179 to stare at a pipe and stick a blower on it."

"Scheduled a cleaning of the ducts in my house with a 2 hour window 9:00 to 11:00. They called the day before the appt to change tob10:00 to 12:00. By 12:30 the day of the appt I had not heard from them and they were to call when they were 30 min out. I called the office and initially they could not find the appt. He then said he found it and the supervisor would call me, 2 hours later I called back and cancelled the appt. I would not recommend this company."
