"I had a terrible experience with this Irving’s Best Maid Service. I had a move-out cleaning service on 7/27/2023 for my rental property. It started at 2PM. I visited the house at 6:10PM to check and close the door after finished. I met two people working. They said it will take one more hour, and I decided to wait. I went to my backyard. Around the pool in the backyard, there were several pieces of their clothes. One sock was in the pool. On top of an outdoor grill, there were a pack of cigarettes and one cigarette butt alongside. I was so shocked that I (stupidly) did nothing about it. I didn’t talk about it with them, because I was so angry. I just hoped that they would finish ASAP and leave. I waited outside for about one hour and 20 minutes. They were still cleaning. I was already late for my other meeting. I asked if they could finish within 10 min. One said yes. After 20 minutes, I came back in and they started to wrap up and left. The next morning, in the call with the owner of the company, he said that there was no evidence that the cleaning people were using my pool because they were not wet (at the time of 6:10PM). I asked, “Then how about the cigarette?” He told me that his employees don’t smoke. I decided not to try to get some refund. These are what happened to me last week while using the service of this company."
