He was extremely fast, and the dress was perfect and seamless. I have just used the dry cleaning here for the first time, picked my items up today, and they are exactly as I requested. "Wholly disappointed. I am new to the area and decided to give this location a chance as it appears to be closest in proximity to where I live. I'd previously utilized another local cleaning service and wanted to gauge which would be better for me. Unfortunately, I've found that not only do they take substantially longer to process three articles of clothing, they are also increasingly more expensive, yet the quality leaves much to be desired. I do not mind paying for a service if there is a quality result. My career doesn't warrant the 15-30 minutes that it would take to deal with ironing/laundering, etc. everyday, which is why I rely on cleaning services weekly. I received dress shirts with wrinkled collars, several creases throughout, and pants that appeared as though my toddler niece ironed them. I did not have time to address this on-site as I had to prepare to go into the office for the morning. I cannot recommend W&O and have no plans on returning."
