"This place totally ruined our Christmas placemats that have been in our family for many years. I specifically asked for dry cleaning and instead they washed the placemats and ruined them. After a week and a half of discussions with them, all they could provide is a store credit, which I didn't want because I have no plans to ever go back there. The Manager, Mario, never had the courtesy to call me. Instead he had his workers deal with me. Very unprofessional and lack of concern for customer service"

"I brought my daughter’s silk with silver jewels dress to get dry clean and when they return the dress all the jewels were gone and no explanation was given."

"Previous experiences with this cleaner were positive but I can’t recommend them anymore. I took a brand new wool coat that had the wrinkles from being shipped and asked that they stream them. I was explicit that I wanted the coat steamed. After I got the coat home and inspected it, they had pressed the coat, not steamed, and had pressed a permanent crease into each sleeve that looked awful. Also, there were puckers where none were before. I had to take it to another cleaner to try and remove the creases (fingers crossed) and steam it properly. The cleaner said it had been done “the easy way, not the right way”. Hopefully my new coat won’t be totally ruined - I’m sick over it. There’s no way I will ever entrust these people with anything else."

"Easy to get in and out and the staff here is great. I love that I have a CC on file and just tell them my name they load up what was left and take what needs to be done. Super easy, very fast, and great quality."

"I would not bring anything of value to this cleaners. I dropped off a handmade silk dupioni skirt for my son's wedding. I repeated that it was silk no fewer than five times. I thought I explained the delicate nature and care of the fabric sufficiently to the woman behind the counter. When I picked up the skirt, it was obvious that absolutely NO care was taken with it. It was pressed into oblivion as if it was a cotton shirt. The hand sewn hem was wavy and obviously shrunk. Large safety pins were used to pin the skirt to the hangar. These left obvious holes where the fabric was torn. I was devastated. The final straw was the broken zipper. I imagine it was melted by whatever was used to press it. The manager proceeded to tell me that they didn't know it was silk....really? There was no label, he said. (blame the customer???) I told him that I told the counter person, repeatedly, that it was silk. He offered to fix the zipper but I had no confidence in his business at all, so I declined. I asked him to pay for the cost of the fabric and he very nearly laughed. I had to spend $65 at another business so that I could, at least, wear it to my son's wedding. I cannot say strongly enough that I will never patronize this business again and I would caution anyone to do the same. If I could give ZERO stars, I would."
