Respectful, responsive, willing to answer my questions, etc. Bonus points for having so many women on their crew - not common and great to see. They had to subcontract part of the work out to another company to handle asbestos removal, and that company was just as great. I was amazed that he offered to fix the issue with no charges considering that they were minor. Max's customer service was outstanding and very professional. His honesty about his findings is something that I value because the AC company that I used to do maintenance of my system, told me that they will charge me to clean a small unit part with mold.
