"Went today around 3 pm to buy a tea, when I went to pay a customer was using the self pay register. There was a line of 5 ppl including myself. Customers behind me started to complain. So l went over to the employee to ask her to help us. She gave me an attitudeand and told me hold on. Took her time and came to register. This is not the first time this happens. Please address this behavior and discipline your employees or I'll take to corporate thank you."

"There was an unusually long wait to check out. Only one register was running. I saw at least one other customer leave without purchasing anything. I would have left as well but I needed the one milk that I had to purchase."

"I ordered 2 pots online came all the way from hidalgo to pick them up I paid for them online. When I get there the girl tells me she doesn't have them even thou I see the bottom stand for them . It showed she had 9 in store."

"Store# 06913 At the register today, as they were charging the customer ahead of me, the customer asked if she could get charged some chips she would go get. Cashier told the customer to go ahead. The customer took there time to go get the item so I asked if I could get charged as the customer was taking too long looking for there items. I was told no they could not cancel and was treated in a very rude way by the cashier. I was then charged by someone else and the other cashier that did not help kept interrupting by yelling "thank you" in a way to shut me up. I ask that to please train your employees to be more respectful and courteous to the customer when asking for assistance."

"Got to hit up the 50% off rack. Some sweet deals on beef jerky, my husbands to go snack for OTR. Came out to $1.35. Some sweet potatoe chips that my Chihuahua loves, for dogs of course. The discount is taken off at the register, so the price that's marked on the bag is not the 50% off deal."
