"Adrian was very professional and friendly. I thought he did an amazing job cleaning my rugs. I usually clean them myself in the summer time. At first looks they look fine. In hindsight I should have ask him to go over the common area where people sit in the couch and put their feet on the rug. See picture with line and without line. After it dried and Adrian left the dirt was more noticeable. So I decided to redo the spot with my Bissell. Currently it hasn’t dried. But the water from only that particular spot is filthy. I won’t be using Stanley nor recommending them to anyone. If you have a little time, power washer and a Bissell you can do a better job on your own."
