This Company is not cheap but they do a really good job and use nice equipment which is worth every dollar. They explain all options when I made an appointment and then the technician explained. The price increased (which I was expected to happen since my carpet had several pet stains). You get what you pay for. I highly recommend them and I will use them in future if need."
