"I recommended Estes, but never again. My daughter called about a rodent problem and upon the return phone call Mr. Estes (don't know which one) was rude through the entire conversation. His statement about "we don't handle rodents and that he was overwhelmed with calls about fire ants." He gave the attitude that my daughter was inconveniencing him because she called about rodents. Upon the process of hanging up my daughter thanked him for returning the call and for him providing a name of someone that "may or may not be local" and his reply was "uh hmm." Not professional and flat out rudely put. Not even a goodbye. I always used Estes when i needed pest control and have recommended them multiple times. I am the one who recommended them to my daughter. Well that sealed their future business from me. That would be a big fat I'll take my business elsewhere and never recommend them again. No way to run an established business when there are so many more choices local."
