"A team of 2 ladies arrive. I make sure the clean sheets are out, the countertops are cleared. And relax. The team is thorough. Ceiling fans dusted, the floors are swept and vacuumed before mopping. The team is good about following directions if I have something unique that I don’t want cleaned. My normal day is Tuesday. But if something comes up and Tuesday doesn’t work, I let the manager know and they come another day. Totally worth having Esmeralda’s Cleaning!"

"We have started using Esmeralda's Full House Cleaning around 5 years ago. Initially we had a good experience, consistent quality of cleaning, no issues with scheduling. Within past couple years the service went down the hill so badly to the point that each time we'd get a different crew (not the biggest issue). However, the cleaning crew would not complete cleaning by skipping rooms, crew members would straight up lie in my face that each room was completed while it was not touched at all and the scheduling became a nightmare. They started assessing late fees for late cancellations that is understandable. However, they would purposefully schedule our cleaning outside of our confirmed availability so they can charge us late fees. Furthermore, cleaning fees were raised out of nowhere $50. We all understand inflation. But you never rise fees on your clients 40% more out of nowhere. You do it gradually if you want to retain your clients. We considered switching the company often within past 2 years but we were trying to be understanding. However, the way we were treated within past few months deserves a minus 5-star review. I would recommend anyone to stay away from this cleaning company."
