"For having to do my laundry in the middle of the night it was nice. A little creepy feeling tho. And couldn't find any kind of attendant. Being all kinds of things can happen late at night I feel you should at least have a security person. If anything it would help the ladies feel safer. The place was clean and nice machines."

"The laundrymat was awesome and easily accessible. They have the 75 lb washers which made my time fly by and I didn't have to take a row of machines. Plus when you are a night owl, it's such a huge blessing to have a 24/hr facility. Also, the change machines take 20s! Other places only go up to $10. Cons: some of the machines had clogs where you pour your detergents. Always, regardless of where you're at, check them before you load (I forgot but it was only the bleach and only ruined 1 shirt)...and...my only real complaint, the mess. Dryer sheets all over the floor, left behind clothes, boxes... and I will not speak of what was done in that bathroom!!!! I had to leave 3 times to find a bathroom after seeing that and my stomach still is lurching at the thought. I don't know if someone was working, I think if they were, they were outside or in their car. Get reliable help to clean up throughout the night and it would have been 5 stars! I cleaned up what I could, and hopefully left it better than when I arrived. Thanks again for keeping it open 24/7! I really appreciate it!!!"

"My mom’s been coming to Roy’s laundromat for a couple of years. It’s always been clean and orderly because the lady that used to work here always has everything cleaned. She worked really hard at her job. She was friendly and considerate. I don’t remember her name but she was tall and had red hair. We can tell she no longer works here because this place is filthy. Trash is all over the floor. Everything is nasty. The machines are nasty. We’re probably going to find somewhere else to go wash our clothes."
