"Ruined my kimono. They threw it in a wash machine and all the large silver plates came off and they didn’t even bother to tell me when I picked it up! The sleeves were ripped as well. I could have thrown it in my washer for free! Then I called to get the 6 large silver plates back so I could sew them back on but no one knew where they were! Terrible service and high cost to ruin expensive clothing!"

"Always do such a great job and they provide a good value for what they charge. The free delivery is great and they pay special care with delicate fabrics. Have some nicer cloths and they have never messed any up and have been able to get some very tough stains out."

"Frankly I was disappointed… for $325 I did expect my dress to be ready to wear. The bottom half was covered in black specks and fuzzies, (before I even unsealed the bag) and it took me almost an hour just trying to pick half of them off before I took these photos. The dress was somewhat dirty when I brought it in but I know it didn’t have all of the dark blue and black fibers/specks on it . There were also some small stains still on the dress, which may not be their fault, but they do advertise as wedding dress stain specialists. Yes, I can get the black stuff off myself but I wish I had saved my money. They did get most of the discoloration out of the bottom hem and it looked nice pressed (besides the obvious black specks all over.)"
