"I took a brand new dress shirt to have dry cleaned and lightly starched. Upon returning home, my spouse noticed several stains on the back of the shirt that looked like bleach stains. I returned the shirt the following day to see if there was anything they could do about fixing it. The owner (or owners wife) basically gave me every excuse in the book. "We don't use color lifting detergent." She tried to blame me for it as if I was the culprit. She stated she needed to take the shirt home for her husband to see it (since he is the final say on refunds/replacements). It has now been a month. No phone call. Nothing. So not only did I pay for a service that ruined my brand new dress shirt. They still have my (stained) dress shirt. I wouldn't recommend them if you care about your clothes. They may ruin them and then not take care of you by fixing/replacing it. Poor customer service. Poor quality dry cleaning. Don't waste your money or time. Drive on down the road if you care about your clothes."

"My wife and I recently moved near the Hudson Oaks location. She attempted to drop some of our clothing there and the person working was rude. They told my wife they weren’t going to clean our clothes the way we requested. They also mentioned they didn’t care if we came back to complain. We both work in law enforcement and this is the worst customer service experience we have ever had! This place is really close to our house and I want to use them but we won’t tolerate unprofessional service! I will tell everyone I know not to use this location."

"Clothes were done correctly and professionally. Shay is great, I accidentally left my phone on top of my car and drove off, came back to see if I had left it, skye went outside and helped me locate it it was stuck on the trunk lip but she was as happy as I was that we found it. Very compassionate person. Would recommend to all my friends and family."

"I have used this dry cleaners nearly since they opened 13 years ago & they have always been kind & professional. They are quick to try to service me & always offer to carry my clothes to my car. I won’t lie and say my clothes are absolutely perfect 100% of the time because mistakes happen and NO business is perfect but they are always willing to redo it and make it right (& that’s with me just nitpicking small little details). I am so happy to have found a small business still around that genuinely cares for each one of their customers."

"Update: They improved for a while. Over the last two months it has gotten worse than ever. I have included pictures this time. I will be driving my clothes to Ft. Worth in order to find decent service! 9/24/2019 Every batch of clothing I have taken for laundry has come back with pressed in wrinkles in several of them. When I taken them back to be redone they have always redone them without any problem. However I’m not interested in have my clothing run through the process 2 times for every 1 time I wear them. They obviously need a new quality control person."
