"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Please read - they'd get negative stars if possible. This summer along with the usual bugs and spiders, we've had a scorpion infestation. We checked out reviews and decided to call Chem Safe. We were happy to get an appointment a couple of days later. That was the beginning and end of our pleasant experience with this company. A very UNFRIENDLY, mad at the world tech showed up to spray. He walked in the house and the very FIRST THING he did was slap a contract on the counter, expecting us to sign our life away for very expensive monthly services. We told him we wanted a single treatment to start (logical, right) ... anyways, the cost after fees came out to over $250. He was clearly not happy with his lack of ability to upsell monthly services. We had him spray inside and outside of the house. When he finished, he just left. Never said another word, no "hey, I'm done," "if you have any more questions," NOTHING. And if you're still on the fence about calling them, know ****THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE**** their chemicals or work. Now, to add insult to injury ... NEITHER THE INSIDE NOR OUTSIDE TREATMENT WORKED - yes, because according to Mr. Personality, they use two different chemicals. That same evening, we had a couple of scorpions (alive and pissed) in the house. But how are you going to reconcile the situation with a company that doesn't stand behind their product? Since then, we've had NUMEROUS, very alive scorpions, countless bugs, and spiders that I'm quite convinced are on steroids, because based on their ridiculously enormous size were clearly around prior to our Wise/Chem Safe experience. We've watched them go through treated areas and watched them be unscathed by the expensive treatment. Save your money and go to a company that values their customers and honors their services and products!!!"
