"We were initially looking for a service to clean our new home (it was a new build and the dust and filth was overwhelming). We found Clara's Maids and their amazing reviews online and decided to give them a shot. We were already confident we were going to use them based on their wonderful reviews, but were absolutely sold after the owners, Clara and Oscar, came to our home for an in-home inspection and custom quote. They are two of the sweetest people you'll ever meet and run their business with customer service and satisfaction at the forefront of their priorities - and it shows in everything they do. Not only was that initial cleaning better and more thorough than we could have hoped for, but they went absolutely above and beyond to help accommodate us and our very panicked and last-minute timeline change (our official move got pushed up by a week with a couple days notice and threw off our timing on everything we had already coordinated) - their willingness to work with us and go out of their way to make sure our home still got deep cleaned before all of our things started arriving relieved us of so much stress and we are so incredibly grateful for that!!! We are now bi-weekly customers and couldn't be happier with the ongoing service!! We've worked with a lot of cleaning companies over the years, but none that have ever felt as thorough as this one. Their attention to detail is really appreciated and our house is always spotless when they leave. They also make the effort to learn your home and your cleaning preferences so they can tailor the experience to you, where necessary. Needless to say, we are a huge fan and are so thankful we found them! If you're looking for a thorough, consistent and trustworthy cleaning experience, I couldn't recommend Clara's Maids more! 10/10"
