"I told them I've never used dry cleaning services and explained what I wanted. I had clothes that weren't delicate but had stains. They specifically said they could dry clean them, but then they just washed them and charged me for wash and fold service. I could have washed them at home. They didn't even get the stain out. I know dry cleaning can't do everything, but they should have told me they would just be washing them. When I said this to them, they just looked down and didn't say anything. So I'll probably go somewhere else in the future."
