"I liked coming here to wash, it's was a good place for it. But I would NEVER recommend it for dry cleaning. I took my husband's suit to wash & take into consideration it was my first time doing the whole dry cleaning experience with them. So I went with Rose and asked a lot of questions because that suit cost a lot. The girl charged me for everything and it was a reasonable price. It was the full suit, pants, jacket, shirt, vest, & tie. She said she wouldn't be the one doing it so I should check in a day. I went back to pick up and there was another lady that told me they didn't due suits & the girl (Rose) charged me incorrectly. So she wanted to charge me even more for it. She said they didn't do the jacket and they returned that jacket in a plastic bag next to the other things that were neatly pressed and all. I told her i would not pay for the extra stuff it was not my fault it was done incorrectly. (Her excuse was "she's new", she said it several times) i ask her for her managers number & she points me to it. I type it into my phone and leave (mad as hell) Well I get home and check on everything & the jacket was destroyed, I did not give them a ripped jacket. I called the number several times and absolutely no response. It was a horrible experience, to say the least. Never again. You've been warned!"

"Had a washing machine quit working while in use, I understand that happens but was told it was because I selected hot water and they don't have hot water. Well I selected hot on the other one and it washed fine. Just be aware even if you think you're getting hot water you are not, it's cold. The name of this place is suds up now. Nice to know why stains aren't coming out."
