"The bad thing there is that they don't supervise the people who arrive with rugs that they put on the dogs and they take them to wash or dry there. I think that the staff or the owner, rather, should put a sign saying that it is not allowed, since once one arrives to wash and dry the clothes there and part of the baby clothes that are more delicate than the baby clothes."

"Will not return. Paid for wash and fold and a bottle of detergent. Did not get the remainder of my detergent back. I had approximately 5 to 6 loads and the bottle had enough for maybe 24 loads. They claimed they used all the detergent. If that were true there would have been suds coming out the front door. The attendant said “it’s not my fault” when I told her I would not return. She knew they were in the wrong and didn’t even bother to call the previous attendant to confirm. Too bad."

"Very convenient location right off Zapata Highway. Very well maintained and clean. Part of one of the largest laundry chains in Laredo. Highly recommended. Washer machines are regularly being maintained and kept in working order, location it self gets regular renovations. Management is very responsive and sensitive to customer needs. Had an issue one time and Cesar was very helpful and understanding."
