"I didn't want a dog. The employees locked me in a room with Amara for like an hour. She was fetching and bringing toys back to me within 45 minutes. She ran and hid as employee Michaela? tried to sneakily sell me on the dog. I left to think about it. Eye boogers, shin scabs, matted hair, smelled, etc. Her ears were too big already. Kinda weird-looking. I thought at the time that I was spending money already in my head. I came back and Amara kept jumping over her siblings to get to me. She didn't stop. I had nothing for her. She was shaking, it was cold. Petco wouldn't take my card. I thought I'd walk her and she just would not leave the car. I was taking care of my nephew and he was asking some hard questions to answer. 1.5 months later and she does what I ask. Sometimes. I never ever, ever punish her. She was closed down so long and it only makes dogs fear the owner. Which is anger as we get older. She could not go out front because of the cars in the street. The backyard was key for her and my own issues to disappear. Now Solo is her name and now I am the one needing her. Potatoes and green beans with BBQ sauce and some mandarin oranges and she's down for a party. People are scary. Dependant. Abusive. "Mixed feelings. Staff was a bit unfriendly when we walked in. We started to just leave after just standing at the door while a young lady just stared at us, and did not say a word. After Finally just walking to the back , we were finally greeted by the woman that works with the cats. We felt she was trying to push us towards a certain cat and after we got her home, we understood why. We love our Taki but we do have a minor concern over pre-existing medical condition, but she’s part of the family, and we treat her as such!"

"Have rescued multiple animals from this facility. They do good work snd are always pleasant and happy go see rescue return fir s visit. The clinic is great as long as its nothing serious or if tests and such are needed as they are not a full serve clinic. They are up front about this. Great place"

"They made it a very simple process adopting my new fur baby! Great experience. Monday's the adoption fees are 1/2 price btw... and they take careof everything for you ahead! All the shots... vaccs.. treatments... microchiping... it's a heck of a bang for your buck."
