"I loved working with Kirby for my wedding back in 2022! The first “vision board” that she sent over wasn’t quite what I was going for, but she took the time to listen and make adjustments until the vision board matched exactly what I wanted. Then, she was able to replicate it and being the photos to life! Everything was so beautiful and for a great price. 10/10 would recommend working with Kirby!"

"Ordered a specific arrangement only to be told it was not available. Alternative arrangements were given and I chose colored roses. Never received any notification that these weren’t available and recipient received sunflowers. Also was advertised as free delivery yet at checkout was charged 9.99 for delivery plus a 28.00 processing fee. Will never use Ava’s again for out of town delivery."

"What in Carnations is my go-to for anything floral related. I used their services for our wedding, and we were sooo happy! The florals were absolutely stunning. From bridal party flowers to center pieces to everything else, it was SO perfect. Not only that, but Kirby was so helpful during the planning process. Her experience and knowledge is the best in Amarillo, hands down. I have only received a few photos from my wedding, but I can’t wait to share more."

"This business does gorgeous bouquets. I had Kirby do my bridal bouquet and loved it. However, communication was rough the few days before. I finally emailed the day before cause I hadn’t heard anything about when they were going to setup or deliver the flowers. I sent her dimensions for this pergola (see pictures below). And it was supposed to be filled with greenery hanging down. I sent a picture of what I was going for. When I showed up before the ceremony, about to walk down the aisle, I saw what a pitiful job was done. The greenery was awkward because there was so little of it. I want to say that I am for this business and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. I did book just a few weeks before. But, I would recommend over communicating about what exactly you want. Especially if it is for a wedding and you have a clear picture of what you want."
