"The laundromat does not dispense hot water, went there one time and noticed no hot water coming out after selecting the option. Spoke to the owner and said that the main switch was off- thought an isolated incident. Went there again and no hot water coming out, informed the rude attendant who has no customer service skills whatsoever, she went to the back to check on it and confirmed no hot water. People are unaware of this issue and this public establishment should always make sure hot water is readily available for sanitary and health purposes. Will never use again."
