"I have used this company for years. I'm surprised I haven't reviewed already. The first home I rented was disgusting with animal mess In all the rooms and the carpet should have been replaced but my landlord changed her mind after I signed a rental agreement. When the man cleaned the carpets he knew I was in a bind and he took it personally knowing my kids where still crawling on the floor. He spent a very long time cleaning , despite the carpet looking like it was unrecoverable from pet stains and previous tenants he did such a good job on the carpets that when we moved out the landlord was upset with me because she believed I had the carpets changed without her permission and she warned me that she would not be reimbursing me for the cost of the new carpets."
