"I went to the office to check if I can get tax refund for taxes I haven't file for more than 3 years. They were more than happy to inform me that I will get my refund if we file the taxes... anyway they told me it will take around 4- 6 weeks for my refund to be deposited. 2 months after I filed my faxes with them I contacted them to ask if everything is fine and is it normal to take that long, they kindly informed me it is okay and it takes longer because we filed taxes for past year. 2 months later I received a letter from IRS they do not refund taxes filed for more than 3 years... I feel I have been lied because I truly doubt they did not know this 3 years rule... also they take only cash and no receipt was issued..."
