"Not responsible at all. Please keep away from them. They have done our tax filling last two years. But for the last year Requested for a paperwork to show the revision so that to send to State Tax Department till date no response. I have send follow up email more than 5 times,and called them as well no response such negligence for the tax consultant cannot be accepted"

"Do NOT trust Mr. Jaibu or his daughter to do your filing, unless you can go and sit in front of them, and make them do it. Mr. Jaibu had been filing my taxes for couple of years and this year also I approached him, but I was remote. He asked to email the docs and I send it 2 weeks before the deadline. Called him couple of times to remind. He said it will be done. On the D-day I called him and he said it is done. When checked again, it was not mine. Then he asked me to check with his daughter and abruptly disconnected. I called his daughter and she hadn't checked the mails and hadn't done anything. I was surprised that these 2 people act as separate businesses. She tried to blame me for not following up said she can do it by end of the week. At that time I had no choice and I agreed. During the week, I called couple more times and left VM to remind. I called again both in the weekend to know the status and they won't pick up the phone. I called next week and they won't pick up the phone or return call. If they can not do the work, they could tell me openly and I would go and do the filing with someone else. Instead they delayed me by couple of weeks and I ended up paying Late Filing Charges and interest to IRS. Mr. Jaibu and his daughter are very indecent."
