"Every year, they raise their fee eventhough it is the same process from last year. Not a good strategy for business and keeping clients. As if they have to use gas or something that you have to pay for it. I will have to start looking for a new accountant for next year who is more reasonable with their fees or do turbo tax. People will soon realize that they can't afford their fees any longer. It looks like they're taking advantage of people who do not know any better. I should be giving then zero if there is an option."
