"Spoke to Ravi Dutt about accounting and tax services for a new business. Within 10 minutes into the conversation, he admitted he didn’t want my business just because I was asking questions about range of costs and what type of services he provides over the phone. He insisted that I meet him in person first (which was going to be impossible given a 3 week vacation) before he could provide any of that information. When I told him I wasn’t able to, he then told me to “find someone else” or “do my own taxes”. Not a professional way to interact with a customer looking to use your services."
