I never gave a reason to be mistreated and kicked out of their place. I suggest that those who have a small business to go with more sincere professionals who don’t go all gorilla mode just for asking questions. In response to your comment below, I asked about pricing for tax preparation, nothing more. I never asked for any employee to do it my way or my rules. I had physical copies of bank statements and bookkeeping which the employee didn't care to actually look but was quick to offer bookkeeping services and etc, no need to make up that long written comment about refusing to prepare my taxes. And don't worry about never meeting my expectations, I went to a honest/high rated BBB accredited place where I was explained that schedule C and 1040 form was what I only needed to have filed according to my current status.
