"Curriculum is slow and lagging, ancient. The teachers go over the material and if the kids are behind, that is the child and parents issue, not the school. They have 3 campuses which makes it difficult for $$ because that is all they demand. They have to run these 3 campuses and the $ issues at this school is intense. They do whatever possible to get u in the school but once u r in, $$$$$. Fundraisers start on day 1 of school and when the 1st one is due in, the next day they receive the next fundraiser. The principal is very nice at first, but if u have any issues, he sure can turn his attitude and temperament. This is a faculty/church ran school, there is no room for parent/student ideas, imput, etc. There are children from Africa they allow to come tuition free but if u r american and need assistance here and there, all they do to help is turn off the ability to view your childs daily and monthly grades. You get ZERO access to view their performance and notes from the teachers on their work. this school is NOT education based by any means. I could go on, but please look at other schools before you consider this one. Salem Lutheran on Gravois is wonderful. there are also many other wonderful schools in the area, this would be a last resort I hope for most. And the principal places reviews online so that potential families see the positives, well I will let u know the truth,. This school DOES NOT prepare your child for the future neither does this school protect your child's feelings or emotions. Grade F is what I give it!"
