"Waste of time! I was referred by an employee. I get there and I'm greeted by another employee who looked at my paperwork passed me off to another employee simply because I didn't make enough for his time. Why greet a customer if you don't want to do your job? Then the third employee wasted my time to simply tell me after about 32mins of waiting to "wait till next year and file both!" Complete waste of time!"
