H&R Block

"I’m in process to change my accountant, I heard a lot of not bad reviews about H&R Block. On February 24 I scheduled appointment for Saturday February 25 at 10:00am with Leticia. Person name Tony called to confirm my appt, they saw in the system that I have an appointment. I was at work that day and wasn’t able to answer on phone call. Later on that day they sent automated text to confirm appt. I confirmed my appointment. I woke up early that day to be on time for my appointment. Ms. Leticia showed up at 10:20, very slow like she is on navy pear walked into the building. After another 5 min she approached to me and said that she didn’t see in the system that I have an appointment. This is ridiculous. If you want to go to that place never schedule appointment with Leticia. If she is late on her appointment I can only imagine how she prepares taxes."

"The tax preparation was filed wrong. The tax preparer said it was my fault when I went back because she did not know what a schedule k is. If I knew, I would have done my taxes myself. She has a horrible attitude and the manager scolded her. 15 months later, no refund yet."

"Unchin Cho has been doing my taxes for a few years now, and I won’t get my taxes done with anyone else there, but her. She is wonderful and always so nice! She answers any questions or concerns I may have."

"They offer ITIN services, but only if you have them do the taxes. We've already filled taxes. The woman asked if I used a number when I filed. I said I did. Instead of asking what number, she said that's your ITIN. She's wrong. Someone familiar with the process should know that."

"Went here told me that i needed too go print out w2 at front desk. Went back home and came back then they told me they couldn't take me and I woukd have to make a appointment. Very unprofessional as you can see revieea show don't go here to this location"
