Located at 300 West Harlem Avenue in Monmouth, Illinois, our dedicated team of volunteers works tirelessly to provide shelter, medical care, and love to animals who have been abandoned, abused, or neglected. We strive to find loving forever homes for each and every animal that comes through our doors. With a strong emphasis on community education and outreach, Western Illinois Animal Rescue also works to promote responsible pet ownership and the importance of spaying and neutering.
