"Stay away! We went to Dix and Associates after my father passed away because we knew the tax return would be complicated and we needed an expert. This was in 2017. We are still working with the IRS because of the mistakes made by this company! I contacted Mr. Dix and his associates many times to help us and received the WORST customer service! Unanswered emails, phone calls not returned and little help with contacting the IRS. I eventually had to go another tax firm to find out that Mr. Dix made a $6000+ mistake. His response? We didn't give him the right papers! I told him that is why we went to him in the first place, so he could advise us on how to file. Needless to say, I am surprised he is still is business."
