"Howard gave me a purposely false advice to file offer in compromise knowing beforehand that in my situation it was going to be rejected (after I fired him I had to deal with IRS agents on my own and they explained me that he couldn’t have not known) and charged me $5000...Shameless person will continue to give you false advice and keep filing wrong paperwork on your behalf billing you every time as long as you are willing to pay.
