"I would have given a negative rating if that existed on google reviews and here is the reason for it. My friend referred me to Greatways Tax service to file my corp tax (1120) and since this was the initial return for my corporation, I wanted an experienced, knowledgable and reliable account but it turned out these guys don't have any knowledge about corporation tax including how to file treaty based filing for any corporation. In addition the customer has to keep calling them repeatedly in order to get the things moving or to take updated about his file as they never return to customer call and the account you are dealing with will email you thing when he/she see fits his/her schedule. In my case I was kept in dark or rather in a limbo state for almost 2 weeks about whats happening with my file and finally I had to drop them and went with other account and since they wasted a lot of time, I had to file extension with IRS in order to avoid any penalties. I would never recommend them to anyone."
